We strive for perfection and want to ensure that the jewel arrives in your hands after passing the approval of the entire quality process. This is why we guarantee the shipping of your piece within 6-8 weeks from the order. Remember that a jewel is forever.
Free Shipping
Our online store now offers free 3-5 day shipping for US domestic addresses only, regardless of what you order.

Confirmation
Once we have shipped your order you will receive a confirmation email. We ship with USPS and FedEx. When possible, we will send you a tracking number as provided by the shipping carrier.
Shipments depart Monday through Saturday by 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. Products ordered after noon are shipped the next day.

We do not track packages nor do we have access to any additional information regarding a parcel’s location other than the shipper’s tracking number which you are provided when a parcel ships. If you are shipping internationally or opt for expedited shipping, the rate charged is based on the weight of your products and your location.
