Absolutely, yes. ANGELA ITALY LLC. insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. Because we want to make sure you receive your products, we require that you sign for goods delivered. At that point, you become responsible for the pieces. However, if the pieces are to be delivered to someone other than yourself, then signature by the recipient at the specified delivery address constitutes for delivery by ANGELA ITALY LLC. and responsibility for the product is transferred at that point.
We are confident that you will love and want to keep our products. Nevertheless, you may return your ANGELA ITALY LLC. piece purchased online for an exchange or a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of original delivery. When returning or exchanging your piece, please ensure that the security tag has not been removed if your ANGELA ITALY LLC. piece was sent with one. Your piece must be in perfect condition and sent back in its original packaging. Pieces with signs of wear, damage, or alteration (engraved, embossed, resized…) cannot be returned or exchanged. All returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted.
Note that you will be refunded for the returned products only, the initial order shipping charges will not be refunded.

Your ANGELA ITALY LLC. piece purchased online may be eligible for an exchange on angelaitaly.com if a different size or color variant of it is available.
Visit My Account to see if your piece is eligible for an exchange. Note that you will be able to exchange your online order only if the size or color variation of your piece is available in stock and of equal retail price.
Once you have submitted your exchange request, you will need to return the piece you would like to exchange following the regular return process outlined below.
Your replacement piece will be sent to the shipping address indicated on your original order up to 7 business days after your returned piece has been received and processed. If an item is not in stock, as each ANGELA ITALY jewel is hand-made, please allow 6-8 weeks to receive replacement. You will then receive a separate e-mail with the new order information and tracking number for the exchange piece. Your new piece will be shipped using complimentary Standard Shipping method. It will be sent to the shipping address indicated on your original order.
Note that you will be refunded for the returned products only, the initial order shipping charges will not be refunded.
For orders with a value under $5,000 (excluding shipping and taxes), please review the following steps:
access your Order History page by logging into your My Account to register your return, and print your complimentary return shipping label*.
Place the ANGELA ITALY LLC. piece you wish to return with the completed return form and receipt in the original packaging with all accessories, warranty /authenticity card and any free items sent as part of the order. Place everything in a shipping box and ensure the box is securely closed prior to attaching the shipping label.
Deliver the package to your nearest FEDEX location.
*ANGELA ITALY LLC. will provide you with a complimentary return label as a courtesy, yet we will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
For orders with a value equal or greater than $5,000 (excluding shipping and taxes), please contact our Customer Service team at orders@angelaitaly.com to initiate your return process and set up a pick-up date for your return package with our logistic partner.
If you choose to return your order on your own, we recommend shipping the returned items via insured parcel post and recommend that customers request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the ANGELA ITALY LLC. piece.
