Return Policy

We are confident that you will love and want to keep our products. Nevertheless, you may return your Lily Lace bracelet purchased online for an exchange or a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of original delivery. When returning or exchanging your piece, it must be in perfect condition and sent back in its original packaging. Bracelets with signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be returned or exchanged. All returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted.

Note that you will be refunded for the returned products only, the initial order shipping charges will not be refunded.
